Clinical Study Reports

A Clinical Study Report (CSR) describes the methods and results of a clinical study or trial, along with a short discussion of key findings

Once the statistical analysis plan (SAP) is final, work begins on the methodology section of the CSR, using the study protocol and SAP

3.

After the data (Tables, Figures & Listings – TFLs) from the study are final, the data is analysed to describe and present what actually happened during the study

Supporting documentation required:

Study protocol and any amendments. Study reference/procedures manual. Reporting/statistical analysis plan. ICH-compliant CSR template and style guide
